The bookings system can be set up for bookings by members and/or by non-members as required: 

  • Members log in with their username and password to access the Member Bookings page. From here their can make or cancel bookings, check their account balance (if applicable) and update their consent settings etc
  • Non-members access the "Pay & Play" page. They can view and book the slot they want, and make their payment for the booking.

Additionally, administrators can make bookings for members via the Bookings Admin page, and they can also set up one-off or recurring block bookings, fitness classes, courses, lessons etc, and update certain system settings.
